Our definition of "natural" and "organic":

 As a family owned business who genuinely cares about your skincare results and your well being, we want to be totally honest and open with our customers and want to let you know exactly how we define "natural" and "organic", as we use these terms when talking about our products. We want to do this, because the FDA and FTC has not defined the term "natural" clearly.  Please be careful of companies that say that their products are 100% or "All" Natural, as its almost impossible for a product to be 100% Natural. Most people advertising this on Amazon are outright lying to you. (Except if its a home made product that is only intended to last for a maximum of a couple of months.) We will therefor never use these terms in our products, except if they are indeed 100% Natural.

Our products are each unique, and have uniquely different ingredients and sources of ingredients. We always choose the formulas that are both safe and best for results, and try to keep it as natural and organic as possible. We love nature and want our products to be inspired by it.

Please refer to our labels to see what the specific % of Natural or Organic ingredients are. If we can guarantee the specific %, we will mention it. If we do not mention "Organic" on a label, the product might still contain some organic ingredients, but we do not have a specific % of certified organic ingredients, because we might vary some sources of the ingredients.  If we do not specify a specific % "natural", we will mention terms such as "Made with Natural ingredients", or "Made with Naturally Derived Ingredients" which means that the product contains mostly natural occurring or naturally derived ingredients. In most cases it will be 70% or more.  The % is not mentioned, as sources might vary from batch to batch and small variations in % will occur.  

Please know that we see ourselves as a natural brand, and try to prioritize using natural ingredients where possible, especially where its more beneficial to you.  In some cases non-natural ingredients and preservatives might actually be better for you.

We don't want any bad ingredients in our products, so our products are also Sulfate, Paraben and Cruelty free, but please refer to each product specifically regarding this.  If in doubt, please contact us.

Through this website, we currently only sell and ship to customers in the U.S.  (International customers, this will change soon, so watch this space.)

Order Process:

Ordering through our web store can not be simpler.  You simply add all products you want to "Cart", and "checkout". You can choose to pay, safely and securely, either with Paypal or Credit card. This is 100% safe and secure.  After ordering, your order will automatically be logged through our Amazon Seller Account, which will fulfill your order.

Phone orders:

We do except phone orders.  Just call our number and you can find out more about placing an order through the phone.

Shipping and Delivery:

Refund/ Returns Policy:
