QUESTION: Is my Neck Cream pump broken?
ANSWER:
Some of our products come with airless pumps. They don’t have a tube inside. When you pump, by suction the bottom part will move up and push the cream to come out through the dispenser at the top. When the pumping mechanism fails, it’s most likely because that bottom part that pushes the product up is not moving.
To fix it, make sure the top is tightened to the bottle. You can twist the top chrome part to see if it is tight enough. If it was loose, after tightening it, try pumping again.
