Question: Retinol Moisturizer arrived damaged, what should I do?

We are very sorry that you received a damaged product. Your satisfaction is very important to us. We'll work with you to resolve this right away.

Before proceeding, let's make sure the product is actually damaged. Some customers have reported a damaged product, and it's actually that they don't understand how the pump works. If the damage you are reporting has to do with the pump, we invite you to see this video before reading the rest of this page.

If it does not have to do with the pump or if the pump just does not work, please do the following:

1- Go to this page

2- Fill out the contact form

3- In the message, include the following:

  • Damage report (explain what is broken/damaged)
  • Product photos for better understanding (optional)
  • Order number
  • Full shipping address (to send you a new unit)

4- Send your message
